The Make That Trell Face EP was a sonically focused, experimental playlist by comedian and songwriter Martrell Webb. For this project, he wanted a trendy, lo-fi animation to premiere alongside the EP’s release. Inspired by the beautiful model and Black entrepreneur Audrey Harris, Yea Motion Design naturally opted for an anime-inspired look.

The Pregame Podcast is a Spotify/radio show that discusses film, sports, music, and news. Their team was in their third season of recording, and as a ‘thank you’ to the fans, they released their first-ever custom Nike shoe design. Yea Motion Design was contracted to produce an animated shoe promo commercial for their social media page.

Rough and Ri Eat the City is a Patreon-exclusive series created by The Pregame Podcast. The show follows two hungry brothers as they explore all the local food joints that the city of Indianapolis has to offer. Yea Motion Design was tasked with creating a unique animated intro video.
After hearing the premise of this series, a video game concept immediately came to mind — 16-bit, Black, and smashing more mushrooms than the Mario Brothers (talking pizza, of course).
